Community

Connect with others on the journey toward calmer, more intentional living.

Why Community Matters

Creating low-stimulation environments can feel countercultural. Having a supportive community makes the journey easier, more sustainable, and more enjoyable. Share experiences, troubleshoot challenges, and celebrate progress with people who understand.

Community Guidelines

Creating a Calm Space

Our community reflects the values of low-stimulation living. We maintain a supportive, judgment-free environment through these guidelines:

  • Respect Diversity: Different approaches work for different people. What helps you might not help others—share experiences without prescribing solutions.
  • Stay Supportive: Encourage rather than criticize. We're all at different points in the journey.
  • Avoid Overwhelm: Be mindful of posting frequency and length. Quality over quantity.
  • No Spam or Self-Promotion: Community is for connection, not marketing. Product recommendations are welcome; advertising is not.
  • Respect Privacy: What's shared in the community stays in the community. Don't screenshot or share others' posts elsewhere.
  • Keep It Calm: Avoid inflammatory topics, debates, or drama. If something bothers you, contact moderators rather than engaging publicly.

Community participation is entirely optional. Some people love the connection; others prefer to work independently. Both approaches are valid. The option is there if you want it.
